Trailblazer Apprenticeship Standards are bespoke to individual job roles. They vary in length and content but they all have an end-point assessment. Training Providers provide training and support to the Apprentice whilst they learn their job role. It is expected that the employer will be actively engaged in this process.
Employers choose an Independent End-Point Assessment Organisation who will assess the learner against the assessment plan which is set by the Trailblazer group. The amount of components within an end-point assessment can vary, but the minimum is two and they will have been deemed the most appropriate way to test the Apprentices competencies based upon their job role.
