The Launch Group provide pre-employment training solutions, for individuals looking to gain employment. Working closely with employers, our training focuses on relevant and challenging qualifications to support candidates into work in the sector. The programmes are tailored to a sector – our key sectors being Aviation, Contact Centre and Hospitality. We also deliver non-accredited courses, which includes working with the Prince’s Trust, Movement to Work and CSR programmes, nationally. All of our programmes are attached to an employer, with either a work placement, or a guaranteed interview on successful completion.
