We are looking for an experienced Head of Learning and Development to join our dynamic Professional Services Team.

The role will be responsible to the Professional Services Director and have a particular focus on building and maintaining partnerships with sector employers and CIWM suppliers to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of the CIWM’s portfolio of learning and development products and services, as well as oversight of product development and professional service project delivery.

It’s an exciting time to join CIWM as we launched our 5-year strategy recently, outlining our plans to drive toward our purpose; to move the world beyond waste. One of the key pillars of this strategy focusses on pioneering professional standards, and this role will be pivotal as we embark on our journey to deliver our learning and development plans and ambitions.

Salary Expectation: £38,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
